Crating:

• Floor: 2” x 6” Solid Deck (allowing for drainage if required)
• Framing: 2” x 4” 0r 2” x 6” on 2’-0” Centers
• Perimeter: 1/2” CDX Plywood

Skids:

• Floor: 4” x 4” or 4” x 6” Yellow Pine (utility grade)

Packing Materials:

• Wood
• Styrofoam
• Poly-ethylene
• Cellulose Paper
• Vermiculite
• Peanuts
• Bubble Pack
• Sawdust and other cushioning as needed or required to secure items in transit

Moisture Control:

• Z-Rust Anti-Corrosion Vapor Emitting Plastic Sheeting
• 30/30/30 Duplex Waterproof Paper
• Poly Sheeting (Visqueen)
• Heat Sealed Vacuum Bags (Mil-B-131H)
• Desiccant used when required or requested

Strapping:

• 5/8” or 1-1/4” Steel Banding
